Elevate Projects are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor to oversee fire safety works on behalf of our prestigious Bristol based client.
Duties will include:
- Undertaking pre-inspections of Fire Safety work packages within a small team, such as compartmentation, fire doors, alarms, and escape routes.
- Good working knowledge of Part B to be undertaken after FRA's to determine what remedial actions are required.
- Supervision of works on site to ensure works are completed in line with regulations, on time, and within budget.
- Follow-up inspections of works once completed to ensure compliance with regulations.
Candidates should have considerable knowledge and understanding of fire safety works and possess qualifications related to the field, such as NEBOSH Fire, IFE, FDIS, or similar.
