We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established housing/property team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will undertake electrical works within domestic properties, including inspection, testing, fault diagnosis, repairs and general electrical maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake electrical installation, maintenance, repairs and testing within domestic properties.
- Complete inspection and testing in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.
- Diagnose electrical faults and identify appropriate remedial works.
- Carry out periodic inspection and testing where required.
- Complete electrical certificates and associated documentation accurately.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Liaise professionally with residents and customers while working within their homes.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety and comply with company procedures.
- Manage daily workloads effectively and complete works within required timescales.

- Fully qualified Electrician.
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification – essential.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Proven experience working within domestic properties.
- Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection and fault diagnosis.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Full UK driving licence.
