MRICS Building Surveyor in Birmingham

We have an excellent opportunity for a chartered Building Surveyor to work on Disrepair projects primarily in the Midlands.\\n\\nThis is self-employed work outside of IR35 and is paid per report.\\n\\nUndertake comprehensive building surveys of disrepair claims and the production of detailed expert witness reports for use in the legal process.\\n\\nSelf-employed work, so this provides the opportunity for part-time or full-time. It is essential that candidates are MRICS qualified with 3 years + PQE. Residential experience is also essential for this work.\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity, which has fantastic earning potential and provides the opportunity for long-term work and flexible work
