Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable provider of affordable housing and not for profit developer, to appoint an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to their busy Asset Management team to support the delivery of its statutory fire safety responsibilities across their region's diverse residential property portfolio.

The successful candidate will undertake suitable and sufficient Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), identify fire safety risks, recommend remedial actions, and work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, and relevant British Standards.
