We have partnered exclusively with a European Real Estate investor to appoint a Vice President to lead origination efforts across multiple strategies including Residential, Commercial, Life Sciences and Hospitality.
THE ROLE:
- Support deal origination and build and maintain good relationships with real estate developers, investors, and other real estate market participants such as surveyors and valuers.
- Lead deal execution and initiate procedure of credit approval and deal closing.
- Initiate in market research, cashflow analysis, site inspections, structuring, preparing term sheet and documentation process to support real estate related transactions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with major in Finance or any related disciplines.
- 6 - 8 years’ relevant experience in real estate finance.
- Existing relationships with fund & sponsor clients is a plus.
- Track record of deal origination and execution.
