We are working with a leading European private equity firm to appoint a Vice President to its London-based investment team. The firm manages 10+ billion of capital and has established a strong reputation for thematic investing and value creation, partnering closely with management teams to scale businesses internationally.
Responsibilities
- Leading financial analysis, valuation and structuring of investment opportunities
- Managing due diligence processes across commercial, financial and operational workstreams
- Preparing and presenting investment committee materials
- Working closely with portfolio company management teams to support strategic initiatives and value creation programmes
- Supporting origination activity and thematic sector research across priority investment areas
- Coordinating with advisors, lenders and co-investors on transaction execution

Candidate Profile
- Experienced private equity professional with a strong track record within a leading investment platform
- 6–10 years of relevant experience across private equity and bulge bracket investment banking
- Current experience within a top-tier private equity fund or leading investment bank
- Strong transaction execution experience across mid-to-large cap investments
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams in fast-paced deal environments
- Strong academic credentials from a leading university
