We are delighted to partner with an international Real Estate firm who are hiring at both Analyst (1 -3yrs) and Associate (3 -4yrs) level in London.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Analyse European real estate acquisition opportunities
- Assist in the due diligence process and the preparation of internal recommendation memos
- Work with the other internal functions to gather data relevant to asset valuation
- Develop asset acquisition financial analysis
- Create and manage the detailed financial models
Requirements
- 1 -5 years of experience in an analytically rigorous Real Estate or Finance environment
- Experience with financial modeling
- Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career on the principal side
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives
