We have partnered with a European Real Estate group now growing its London Asset Management team at Analyst level. The Analyst will assist in all aspects of portfolio management by providing detailed analysis and support to the Head of Portfolio Management.
THE ROLE:
- Support the creation of asset level business plans by the Investment team and responsible for their execution post completion.
- Managing operating budgets for portfolio assets.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the investments and portfolio performance.
- Conducts research on real estate markets, sectors, trends and developments and share with wider team.
- Preparation of presentations and other documents, documenting the portfolio business progress to include portfolio reporting and research.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Real Estate, Business or Finance).
- Minimum of 12 months in a similar position with a RE developer, agent etc.
- Strong modelling skills and highly proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of databases and able to aggregate data from many sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
