We have partnered with a European Real Estate Investment Manager now growing its London based investment team and hiring an Associate to work as part of the Life Sciences team. THE ROLE:
Build and maintain investment models including sensitivity analysis, IRR calculations, joint venture and debt structuring
Undertake accurate and thorough supply and demand research to support investment underwriting
Overlay knowledge of life science tenant requirements with asset management and development modelling
Collate, file and disseminate relevant market data and research to wider team
Support senior members of the team in preparing appraisals and reports for Investment Committee
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Science or Business Finance)
Prior experience or strong interest in working with scientific community
Strong modelling skills and highly proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledge of databases and able to aggregate data from many sources
Previous experience in real estate and/or a genuine interest in real estate
