Fund Accounting - Team Lead

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role within a highly regarded, fast-paced buy-side environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day fund accounting operations for a portfolio of closed- and open-ended funds across credit and private equity strategies Review NAV calculations, capital account statements, and investor reporting Manage relationships with third-party fund administrators, auditors, and custodians Work closely with investment and operations teams to ensure smooth fund workflows and accurate financial reporting Responsible for all fee calculations of structured product vehicles including management fees, Mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the wider finance function Candidate Profile: ACA qualified accountant (Big 4 trained preferred) 3–7 years’ post-qualified experience in a fund accounting role within an investment or asset management firm Strong technical understanding of fund structures, particularly credit and/or private equity funds Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and collaborate across internal teams IFRS/ S110 experience ideally Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic, international environment What’s on Offer: The opportunity to join a prestigious global investment manager at a key stage of growth Exposure to complex fund structures and high-performing investment strategies Competitive compensation and benefits package A collaborative and high-performance culture with strong career development potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
