Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

- Design, develop, and optimise high -performance C++ applications supporting quantitative trading, data analysis, and research workflows.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Contribute to the architecture and development of low -latency trading systems, market data feeds, and execution platforms.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, traders, and data engineers to deliver scalable, efficient, and robust technology solutions.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Profile, tune, and optimise system performance to achieve nanosecond -level latency targets.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle β from concept and design through to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Maintain and enhance existing infrastructure, ensuring code quality, reliability, and security in production environments.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Stay at the forefront of modern C++ development and performance engineering techniques.<\/span>

<\/span><\/div>Key Requirements<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>- Experience developing high -performance software in modern C++ (C++14/17/20).
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and multithreading/concurrency.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong grasp of low -latency system design, network programming, and memory management.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Proven track record building high -performance or real -time systems (finance, gaming, defence, or similar performance -critical domains).
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience working with Linux in production environments, including scripting and debugging tools (gdb, perf, valgrind).
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast -paced, collaborative environment with researchers and developers.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics from a leading university.<\/span><\/span>
