We are currently recruiting for a Service Technician – Mechanical (Onshore) to join our team based in Dyce. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical technician to work within a busy workshop environment, maintaining and servicing a wide range of specialist equipment used within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance, servicing, inspection and repair of mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions on diesel-driven machinery and associated equipment.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
  • Support workshop operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare equipment for mobilisation and client requirements.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven diesel engine mechanical experience.
  • Experience working with air compressors.
  • Previous workshop experience maintaining and servicing a wide range of equipment and machinery, including:
    • Compressors
    • Steam generators
    • Power generators
    • Diesel-driven engines
    • Well test packages
  • Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience working on client sites.
  • Experience within the oil and gas, energy, or industrial services sectors.
