We’re an award-winning UK marketing agency specialising in dental and aesthetics lead generation for ambitious clinics and practices across the UK. Our clients range from private dental practices and cosmetic clinics to growing healthcare brands that want more than just marketing support. They want a partner that genuinely understands how to generate high-quality enquiries, build trust with patients, and help grow their business.
We’re now looking for an experienced Paid Ads Strategist to join our team. This role would suit somebody who genuinely enjoys paid media, keeps up with trends, understands people as much as platforms, and knows how to turn great ideas into campaigns that actually perform. We’re not looking for someone who simply “runs ads”. We want somebody strategic, commercially aware, creative, proactive, and confident making decisions. Someone who understands how service-based businesses work and can think beyond the dashboard.
We’re also looking for somebody who embraces AI and understands how to use emerging tools and automation to improve performance, increase efficiency, strengthen creative testing, and uncover better insights. AI is becoming a core part of modern marketing, and we want someone excited by the opportunity it brings rather than threatened by it.
We’re offering a fully remote role for UK-based applicants with a salary of £30,000 per annum. There is also the opportunity for a reduced 30-hour working week on a pro rata basis for the right candidate, alongside generous holiday allowance and your birthday off every year. Exceptional applicants based in Spain may also be considered on a contractor basis.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for planning, building, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads for a portfolio of dental and aesthetics clients.
- You’ll work closely with our creative, design, social media, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with wider brand messaging and business goals.
- A big part of this role is understanding what makes people take action. Whether that’s a strong offer, a creative angle, a landing page improvement, or simply spotting something others miss, we want someone who can think critically and move quickly.
- You should also be confident exploring how AI can support campaign performance, including creative analysis, copy ideation, audience insights, reporting efficiencies, testing frameworks, and identifying optimisation opportunities across accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Creating lead generation strategies for dental and aesthetics clients.
- Managing budgets and improving campaign performance over time.
- Testing audiences, creatives, copy, offers, and landing pages.
- Using AI tools and automation to support campaign analysis, creative testing, reporting, and optimisation.
- Identifying opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign performance.
- Working closely with the creative team to guide ad concepts and messaging.
- Writing or refining ad copy where needed.
- Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Monitoring campaign performance daily and making strategic adjustments.
- Managing tracking, Pixels, GA4, and Conversion API setups.
- Producing clear, useful reporting and insights for the wider team.
- Staying up to date with platform updates, trends, AI developments, and new opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure continuity across accounts.
About You
- You’re someone who enjoys problem solving and takes ownership of your work.
- You’re commercially minded, organised, creative in your thinking, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once.
- You understand that strong paid media performance comes from a balance of data, psychology, creativity, strategy, and increasingly, intelligent use of AI tools.
- You’ll likely have agency experience and be used to working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can move quickly.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation for service-led businesses.
- Experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets.
- Confident working across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of tracking, GA4, Pixels, and Conversion API.
- Experience improving campaign performance through testing and optimisation.
- Understanding of what makes a landing page convert.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to think strategically, not just tactically.
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Understanding of how AI can support campaign performance and creative strategy.
- Fluent English.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience within dental, aesthetics, cosmetic, or healthcare marketing.
- Experience with TikTok Ads.
- Experience working with CRMs or lead nurture systems.
- Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows or reporting processes.
The Type of Person Who Will Do Well Here
- Quick-thinking and proactive.
- Creative but commercially aware.
- Naturally curious.
- Comfortable taking initiative.
- Good with people and communication.
- Enjoys testing and improving things.
- Calm under pressure.
- Team-focused and collaborative.
- Interested in trends, marketing psychology, consumer behaviour, and AI innovation.
What We Offer
- Fully remote role.
- Up to £30,000 salary per annum.
- Option for a reduced 30-hour working week on a pro rata basis.
- Generous holiday allowance.
- Your birthday off every year.
- Opportunity to work with ambitious, growing brands and clinics.
- A collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Genuine input into strategy and creative direction.
