Location: Salisbury (hybrid working – ideally 3 days onsite, minimum 1 day plus within reasonable travel distance of tribunal/court work)
This is a hands-on Legal Officer position within an in-house legal team, focused on residential property litigation and dispute resolution. You will take ownership of First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) matters and County Court claims, with a strong focus on service charge disputes, including Section 27 reasonableness applications.
The role is highly advocacy-focused, with regular tribunal attendance and the opportunity to represent the business directly in hearings.
Open to both qualified and non-qualified legal professionals, including experienced paralegals, where relevant litigation/tribunal experience is strong. Proven experience in property litigation or housing litigation, ideally gained within a law firm or in-house legal team.
