Regulatory Change Project Manager to deliver a high-profile regulatory change programme focused on the evolving UK crypto-asset regulatory landscape.
You'll coordinate cross-functional delivery across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations and Technology, ensuring regulatory obligations are tracked, governance is maintained, and regulatory change is implemented effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced regulatory change professional who enjoys delivering complex, cross-functional programmes and working with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a coordinated regulatory change programme across multiple FCA regulatory publications.
- Establish and maintain programme governance, delivery plans and regulatory obligation registers.
- Coordinate regulatory impact assessments and track key dependencies.
- Prepare governance papers and reporting for senior leadership and committees.
- Manage risks, issues, actions and decisions to ensure effective programme delivery.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations and Technology teams to drive successful regulatory implementation.
We're looking for professionals with
- Exposure to digital assets, crypto-assets or emerging regulatory frameworks would be an advantage.
- Strong regulatory change, programme or project management experience within financial services.
- Experience delivering FCA and/or PRA regulatory initiatives.
- Knowledge of regulatory impact assessments, governance frameworks and obligation tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple business functions.
