We are building a talent pool of experienced Employment Lawyers for upcoming opportunities with leading multinational organisations and high-growth businesses across the technology, financial services, and professional services sectors.
These roles typically involve advising on complex, cross-border employment law matters across EMEA jurisdictions within fast-paced in-house environments.
Key Experience- Qualified Employment Lawyer (UK or equivalent jurisdiction)
- Strong experience advising on multi-jurisdictional / EMEA employment law matters
- Exposure to contentious and/or non-contentious employment work
- Experience working with or advising across jurisdictions such as France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands (varies by role)
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including HR and Legal leadership
- Experience coordinating with external counsel internationally
- Providing strategic employment law advice across EMEA regions
- Supporting employee relations, disputes, and internal investigations
- Advising on HR policies, restructures, and workforce change projects
- Managing or supporting employment litigation with external counsel
- Partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders on operational and strategic issues
