This role will suit lawyers with strong in-house employment law experience, supporting HR and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Typical Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic employment law advice across the UK and EMEA/European jurisdictions.
  • Advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Supporting employee relations issues, disciplinary and grievance matters, and internal investigations.
  • Advising on HR policies, restructures, reorganisations, redundancies, and other workforce change projects.
  • Managing or supporting employment litigation and external counsel where required.
  • Partnering closely with HR, People teams, Legal and senior business stakeholders to provide pragmatic, commercial advice.
  • Reviewing and advising on cross-border employment issues and local law considerations.
  • Supporting business initiatives, projects, and organisational change from an employment law perspective.
