Interim Corporate Lawyers – Private M&A | London
Elevate Legal Talent is seeking immediately available Corporate Lawyers to provide interim support for 3 months to a leading London law firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice, including its Private Equity and Funds team.
The team is experiencing increased client demand and requires additional support while continuing its permanent recruitment process.
Roles available
Mid to Senior – 4+ PQE
- Run smaller private M&A transactions independently.
- Act as second chair on larger and more complex transactions.
- Advise on a broad range of private M&A matters.
- Private Equity experience is highly desirable.
Junior to Mid – 2–4 PQE
- Support on private M&A transactions and related corporate matters.
- Work alongside senior lawyers on larger transactions.
- Gain exposure to Private Equity and Funds work where relevant.
Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor with 2+ PQE.
- Strong Private M&A experience is essential.
- Private Equity experience is highly desirable.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced law firm environment.
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice.
