Join a leading global technology client as an experienced lawyer specialising in electricity agreements. You will support large-scale electricity consumers, particularly data centres, on interconnections, landlord supply terms, and renewable energy projects, including power purchase and attribute agreements. The role also provides insight into electricity policy developments and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams across EMEA.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years’ experience in private practice or in-house, advising on electricity supply, interconnection, or renewable agreements.
  • Licensed lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders (internal business partners, in-house counsel, external counsel, and counterparties).
