We are currently seeking a German-qualified Employment Lawyer to support a multinational organisation on employment law matters across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support on employment law matters across France, the UK, and Germany.
  • Advise on employment contracts, workplace policies, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support HR and business stakeholders on cross-border employment issues.

Jurisdictional Exposure: Germany, England & Wales, Benelux, Nordics, and France.

Requirements:

  • German-qualified lawyer with experience in employment law.
  • Fluent German language skills required.
  • Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional employment matters is advantageous.
