Elevate Legal Talent is seeking immediately available Corporate Lawyers to provide interim support for
3 months to a leading
London law firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice , including its Private Equity and Funds team.
The team is experiencing increased client demand and requires additional support while continuing its permanent recruitment process.
- Roles available
- Mid to Senior – 4+ PQE
- Run smaller private M&A transactions independently.
- Act as second chair on larger and more complex transactions.
- Advise on a broad range of private M&A matters.
- Private Equity experience is highly desirable.
- Junior to Mid – 2–4 PQE
- Support on private M&A transactions and related corporate matters.
- Work alongside senior lawyers on larger transactions.
- Gain exposure to Private Equity and Funds work where relevant.
Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor with
- Strong
Private M&A experience is essential .
- Private Equity experience is highly desirable.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
