We are supporting a global corporate client in the search for an experienced Company Secretarial / Governance professional to join on an interim basis, covering a gap within their UK governance function. You will provide company secretarial and governance support across a global corporate structure, working closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Treasury, Investor Relations, and other corporate functions.
This is a high-impact interim assignment within a complex, multinational environment, offering exposure to group-level governance, treasury, and corporate activity. The successful candidate will step into a critical role to ensure continuity of governance operations and provide senior-level support across the business. This opportunity is best suited to a Senior Associate-level lawyer or highly experienced solicitor with strong listed company governance and company secretarial expertise.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Governance support across corporate transactions and group activity
- Treasury-related governance matters
- Dividends, capital management, and corporate structuring support
- Disclosure support, including MAR and UK Listing Rules considerations
- Wider company secretarial support across subsidiaries and group entities
About You (We are looking for someone who brings):
- Senior Associate-level or equivalent experience within a legal or company secretarial function
- Strong background in listed company governance and corporate governance frameworks
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced in-house or secondment environments
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across Legal, Treasury, and IR
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and delivery focus
