Corporate Paralegal – Contract Role (Ongoing Short-Term Contract Assignments)

We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join the in-house legal team of a global organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong corporate governance, entity management and company secretarial experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multinational environment and can confidently manage a varied workload with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage UK and international entity portfolios across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support incorporations, restructurings, dissolutions and post-acquisition integrations.
  • Prepare board minutes, board resolutions, powers of attorney and other corporate governance documentation.
  • Maintain statutory registers and corporate records, ensuring ongoing compliance.
  • Complete Companies House filings and support wider corporate compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with external company secretarial providers and external legal counsel.
  • Support corporate transactions, including share transfers and other entity-related matters.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across legal, finance and business teams to provide corporate governance support.

Key Requirements

Previous experience as a Corporate Paralegal within an in-house legal team or a corporate law firm.

Strong experience in corporate governance, company secretarial support and entity management.

  • Experience managing UK and international corporate entities.
  • Knowledge of Companies House filings and maintaining statutory records.
  • Experience preparing board minutes, resolutions and corporate approvals.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the confidence to take ownership of work and operate with limited supervision.
