This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join a well-established in-house legal team within a large, purpose-driven organisation. The legal team works closely with the business to help it operate effectively, manage risk and achieve its wider goals. The role offers a broad range of work, regular interaction with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to support important business projects.
As a Senior Commercial Solicitor, you will provide practical and clear legal advice on a wide variety of commercial matters. You will work closely with teams across Technology, Marketing, Fundraising and other business areas, helping them make informed decisions while balancing legal and commercial considerations.
Candidate Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor
- Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional business teams
- Exposure to technology, procurement, supplier or corporate partnership matters
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Pragmatic, solutions-oriented and commercially minded approach
- Ability to manage a varied workload independently within a fast-paced environment
