Are you an HR professional, available for an initial 6-month FTC opportunity to supervise the day-to-day running of the HR operations, during a period of HR transformation for their People Services offering? We are exclusively partnering with this unique organisation at this crucial and exciting time of transformation.
You will report to an Interim Head of Human Resources and will coordinate and allocate work to the team of 5. They are set in a beautiful environment and working alongside a supportive team and a client group of 700, who are passionate and dedicated to their niche.
Some responsibilities and ideal experience required for this HR Operations Partner:
- You will have experience of supervising a team, particularly overseeing work allocation within the team and will lead by example to provide a quality customer focused people service.
- This requires working with the team and liaising with stakeholders across the business.
- Day to Day you co-ordinate the work of the HR office relating to recruitment and onboarding, overseeing efficient delivery of transactional processes e.g. employment offers, contract management and responding to day-to-day enquiries from staff and managers on a range of employment related topics.
- You and the office team will provide first line response to managers seeking advice, usually face to face.
- Must have experience to support line managers on all aspects of informal employee relations casework, in accordance with relevant SCG policies and procedures and application of current employment law.
- Mentor colleagues new to supporting casework and case management.
- Oversee recruitment activities within the organisation to make sure process and compliance requirements are met.
- Experience in supporting with identifying and implementation of reasonable adjustments would be advantageous.
- Ideally, will have experience of working in an education setting (KCSIE, DfE, etc.).
