Our Client in London (with Sittingbourne option) is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to deliver a high-quality ER service across the organisation.

You will manage a varied, often complex caseload, provide expert advice, coach managers, and work with the People team to ensure consistent, legally sound outcomes.

The role requires a CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable) and a track record in high-volume ER matters.
