Our client is a growing and well-established business who are looking to welcome an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner into their HR team. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive environment and become part of a collaborative HR partnering function during an exciting period of growth. Located in Southampton, this position offers a salary up to £47,500 plus a strong benefits package.
What you’ll do:
- Provide expert HR advice, support and coaching to managers and stakeholders across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Support and manage employee relations matters, policies, and general HR queries.
- Take responsibility for recruitment activity across the business, working alongside other HR Business Partners.
- Support and deliver Learning & Development initiatives where required.
- Contribute to and lead on HR projects, driving key initiatives and supporting change management activities.
- Provide guidance and support on organisational changes, including TUPE where applicable.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or senior HR role, ideally in a multi-site business.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to provide practical solutions to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as part of the role.
