The People Administrator will take ownership of core administrative activity across recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, People systems, compliance, and cross-functional tasks (including regular NetSuite administration) to ensure the “brilliant basics” are delivered accurately and on time. This role supports increasing operational demands across recruitment, payroll transition activity, People systems administration, compliance, and project delivery. • People Systems Administration
    • Administer People data across multiple People systems, ensuring records are accurate, consistent, and up to date
    • Support the development and maintenance of automated processes within systems to drive future efficiencies and reduce manual administration
  • Recruitment & Onboarding Administration
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment administration, including preparing and issuing offers and contracts
    • Coordinating onboarding and documentation
    • Completing right-to-work checks and ensuring compliant record keeping
    • Scheduling interviews and supporting recruitment coordination
    • Supporting associated system updates, including maintaining active roles and candidate records
    • Sending documentation such as PPA communications (where applicable)
  • People Operations & Project Administration
    • Provide administrative support for People processes and paperwork including pay reviews and salary changes
    • Bonus administration support
    • Project-related compliance & GDPR
  • Support GDPR compliance activity
    • Including auditing People folders and ensuring documentation is stored, retained, and managed appropriately
    • Maintain accurate employee records in line with policy and legal requirements
  • General People Administration
    • Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the People Team, ensuring responsive, structured, and accurate delivery during peak periods

WORKING PATTERN

Up to 20 hours per week, part-time ideally spread across the working week to provide daily continuity (e.g., 10:00–14:00, Monday–Friday). 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting transition and stabilisation across systems and operational workload.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data and documentation
  • Confidence working with systems and managing information across multiple platforms
  • A clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
