The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for someone who can offer our colleagues professional, credible, comprehensive, and timely people advice and support. You will provide advice to managers and employees on the interpretation of terms and conditions of service and the Metanoia Institute policies and procedures, ensuring consistency of practice.
You will be able to develop excellent and trusted working relationships, understand the business, and support, when required, employee relations cases. You will have opportunities to support and deliver people projects and will need an up-to-date knowledge of employment law, understanding our workforce priorities quickly. Experience in the higher education sector would be helpful too.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a seasoned people professional. We are expecting this to be a popular role, so we plan to close on Friday 13 February 2026.
