Please note this is a 6 month FTC, via umbrella or PAYE. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in candidate sourcing, attraction and onboarding activity across the business. A core focus of this position will be proactively resourcing candidates across a range of vacancies within the financial services and technology space. You will utilise LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools and direct outreach strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent in competitive markets.

Alongside sourcing activity, you will manage the onboarding process for new hires and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial engagement through to joining the business. This role would suit someone with strong recruitment coordination or agency recruitment experience who enjoys direct candidate engagement, talent mapping and building pipelines within regulated sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct search
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring across financial services and corporate functions
  • Support candidate attraction campaigns and employer branding activity
  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate conversations
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
  • Support offer management and onboarding administration
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks including references, right to work and background screening
  • Work with HR, IT and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Support recruitment reporting and general TA administration
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, resourcing or onboarding
  • Strong sourcing capability with proven candidate attraction experience
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech or another regulated environment (preferred)
  • Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Proactive and collaborative approach
  • Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information
