About ELEVATE Hub

ELEVATE Hub is a growing community for HR professionals who want real support, practical development and connection – not just theory. We exist to help HR people feel less alone, more confident, and better equipped to do their roles well.

We’re now looking for a small number of ELEVATE Hub Ambassadors to help share the message, genuinely champion the community, and grow alongside us.

The Role

As an ELEVATE Hub Ambassador, you’ll be a visible, authentic advocate for the Hub across your social media platforms.

This is not a scripted influencer role. We’re looking for people who genuinely use, value and believe in ELEVATE Hub – and are happy to talk about it in their own voice.

• Share ELEVATE Hub organically across your social media platforms
• Post regularly about your experience of the Hub, events, resources and community
• Encourage HR professionals in your network to explore and join the Hub
• Use a unique referral link to track sign‑ups
• Represent ELEVATE Hub in a way that aligns with our values and ethos

• Uncapped referral fee for every person who joins using your referral link

Who We’re Looking For

• Works in HR in some capacity (Advisor, Manager, BP, Consultant, Coach, L&D, etc.)
• Is active on social media with an engaged and relevant audience
• Is confident creating content and technically comfortable across platforms
• Would personally benefit from being part of ELEVATE Hub
• Wants to grow their own profile while supporting the wider HR community

• If there’s mutual interest, you’ll have a conversation with Claire Cathcart and one of the ELEVATE Hub experts
• Together, we’ll explore fit, expectations and whether the Ambassador role is right for you
