Location: United Kingdom, Remote

Reports to: Director, International Sales

Compensation: £70,000–£90,000 base salary + 30% target variable compensation.

Travel: Approximately 60–70% throughout the United Kingdom, including regular travel to customer sites and periodic visits to Elevate’s Oxford office.

This is a direct hire commercial role responsible for driving market growth through a combination of direct customer engagement, distributor partnership, and new business development across one of Elevate Healthcare's most important international markets.

Unlike a traditional territory sales position, this role combines consultative healthcare sales with distributor partnership management. The Territory Sales Manager will serve as Elevate's commercial representative throughout the UK, working alongside an established distribution partner while also developing new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Elevate's market presence.

The successful candidate will be energized by building relationships, identifying opportunities, collaborating with channel partners, and helping shape Elevate's long-term commercial strategy within the UK market.

Drive Commercial Growth Across the UK

  • Build Elevate's visibility across hospitals, universities, medical schools, nursing schools, and simulation centers
  • Serve as Elevate's primary commercial representative supporting the UK distributor
  • Identify new opportunities and coordinate sales efforts with distributor partners
  • Help strengthen Elevate's long-term commercial presence throughout the UK

Deliver Consultative Healthcare Sales

  • Sell a portfolio of simulation products, software, services, and education solutions
  • Own Territory Performance
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM activity

We are seeking a sales professional who is:

  • Entrepreneurial with a passion for building and growing a market
  • Experienced managing complex healthcare sales opportunities
  • Motivated by ownership, accountability, and long-term relationship development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience
  • Background in healthcare simulation, medical devices, healthcare technology, clinical education, diagnostics, capital equipment, or related healthcare markets
  • Experience navigating multiple stakeholders and consultative sales cycles
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United Kingdom
  • Valid driver's license
  • Candidates should ideally reside within the Birmingham–Oxford–London corridor to support collaboration with the Oxford office and travel throughout the UK.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical device or capital equipment sales experience
  • Existing relationships within NHS Trusts, hospitals, universities, medical schools, nursing schools, simulation centers, or EMS organizations
  • Experience selling a portfolio of products, software, and services
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Clinical, nursing, EMS, military medical, or healthcare practitioner background
