Description
The Senior Business Development Manager role exists to bring an experienced sales professional to take a strategic view on how to maximise opportunities and sales across their assigned Connected Building and Elevate\’s HyperCities.
Your role will be to target all businesses within your Connected buildings, providing connectivity, security, management services, and voice solutions. You will also target medium-sized businesses within the HyperCities to generate multi-product, multi-site opportunities within these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual NRR and IMR targets, broken down into quarterly and monthly goals, by generating opportunities on-net and within preconnected buildings.
- Provide monthly forecasts and manage a pipeline of opportunities worth at least 2.5 times your monthly target.
- Build relationships with relevant parties within preconnect buildings (building managers, letting agents, asset managers) to understand tenant needs and promote Elevate solutions.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategies with landlords to expand ROI within preconnect buildings, including forecasting growth.
- Outbound sales experience with Elevate\’s network, targeting medium to large businesses for multi-site network solutions.
- Proven ability to generate larger value orders alongside volume deals to meet sales targets.
- Strategic sales planning across buildings and HyperCities.
- Experience managing complex, multi-site, multi-product deals, including creating bespoke solutions.
- Active participation in network and industry events to develop a larger sales pipeline.
- At least 3 years of industry experience with a proven track record in new business development.
- Experience working with infrastructure providers.
The role requires flexibility in working days and hours, with occasional travel and overnight stays for client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
