THE ROLE: An exciting new role for an Account Executive within a fast-growing promotional event and staffing agency. If you’re interested in gaining experience in handling both large and smaller detailed events and staffing projects in a range of formats, then this could be for you. This is a great opportunity for anyone with strong multitasking and organisation skills. The role offers a salary between £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience. The role is permanent. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a good level and knowledge of Account Handling ensuring all campaigns are run to brief.
- Support Account Managers and Client Services team in implementing and delivering campaigns.
- Respond to client queries and report them to your line manager.
- Always provide the highest levels of customer service.
- Report and distribute contract reports within 24 hours of client meetings.
- Sourcing costs from and managing orders with suppliers.
- Ensuring campaign details are articulated to the wider team to ensure the best candidates are selected for each campaign.
- Regular communication with field staff to provide the smooth running of activities and updates.
- Build strong relationships with field staff and clients.
- Perform site visits in order to carry out on-site management duties including staff motivation, client liaison and logistical management.
- General admin for Account Management Team such as managing reporting and workflow management platforms.
- Show a good understanding of budgets and work within budgets ensuring any overspend is signed off by your manager.
- Requesting Supplier POs.
- Support the finance team with any billing queries.
- Use initiative to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor campaign data and compile reporting at agreed timescales.
- Ensure all administration is effectively carried out, including keeping activity files up to date, filing all client liaison, purchase orders, site visit forms, costs etc.
- Update activity on the internal systems and platforms i.e. Asana & Slack.
- Support more senior members of the team with ad hoc research tasks & general admin.
- Contribute to a fun, stimulating and nurturing working environment and help all team members realise their full personal and professional potential.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably required by the business.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and confidence to speak to staff, suppliers, etc.—confident phone manner.
- A first-class listener and communicator, with great organisational skills.
- Strong multi-tasking, organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Strong computer skills and good Excel skills (experienced with Microsoft Office suite – PowerPoint, Excel etc.).
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team member, and willing to provide support.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: The role offers a salary between £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience. The role is permanent. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
