Our customer (a global Law Firm), is looking for a Quality Analyst (skilled in Client Onboarding / Conflicts / CDD / AML KYC) to join them for an initial 3-to-6-month period, starting as soon as possible. You will work very closely with colleagues who are conducting CDD and AML checks to onboard new clients, ensuring they meet all Client Due Diligence (CDD), AML and Conflict requirements. This hybrid position requires 3 days onsite in Birmingham, Sheffield, or Manchester offices . Essential Detailed understanding of and CDD, AML and Conflict policies, controls, and procedures. In depth technical knowledge, skills, and experience in CDD, AML and/or Conflicts ideally in a law firm, for both domestic and international individual and business clients. A detailed understanding of the regulatory environment in which the firm operates for CDD, AML and Conflicts for both domestic and international individual and corporate clients. Good written/oral communication skills required in relation to staff at all levels across the business. Demonstrate experience of working autonomously and be able to make decisions within their sphere of responsibility. Experience of preparing and delivering quality check feedback to one to one or larger groups. Desirable CDD/AML qualifications or experience using different learning methodologies, Knowledge of AML software such as Smart Search, World Check, or other software providers. Experience in delivering quality checking, performance feedback, and supporting competency accreditation to all Client Onboarding teams.
