A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) to join their Manchester-based Residential Property team on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly-regarded practice known for its technical excellence and supportive culture.
The Role
This FTC (3–6 months) focuses on a specialised area of residential property. You will manage a caseload with a particular emphasis on mortgage-related matters, arrears, and repossessions.
Contract: 3–6 Months FTC.
Location: Manchester (Hybrid).
Flexibility: 2 days per week in-office (following an initial 2-week on-site training period).
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Expertly handling matters involving mortgage arrears, repossessions, and specific lender requirements.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and third parties to ensure efficient file progression.
- Ensuring all work meets the high regulatory and compliance standards of a top-tier firm.
