Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Property Lawyer to support our customer on a 3 to 6-month contract requirement.
This role is ideal for a qualified legal professional with a strong background in residential conveyancing and planning approvals, particularly within the high-end property market. You’ll be overseeing the purchase of luxury residential properties, managing legal risk, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Requirements:
- UK-qualified lawyer with 2+ years PQE (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Proven experience in residential property conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of planning and approvals processes.
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with luxury residential properties is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage high-value transactions.
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead legal oversight of all property purchases.
- Manage conveyancing from instruction to completion, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Liaise with planning authorities and ensure all approvals are in place.
- Provide strategic legal advice on property-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth acquisition processes.
- Support the business with legal input on property strategy and risk management.
