Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading corporate real estate team within the legal industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior to mid‐level lawyer (3+ years PQE) who thrives on variety and wants to broaden their experience. This is a contract position for 9+ months, offering flexibility and exposure to high‐quality work starting in March. Skills & Experience Required

  • UK qualified (or equivalent) with at least 3 years PQE in corporate/M&A transactions, especially in the real estate sector.
  • Experience advising on:
  • Sale and purchase of companies and entities owning real estate interests.
  • Joint ventures, co‐investment arrangements, and fund raisings.
  • Management agreements and incentivisation arrangements.
  • Strong technical ability and drafting skills.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to assume responsibility for principal associate roles.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
  • Exposure to hospitality, hotels, and private wealth sectors is desirable.
  • Flexible to attend the office occasionally (London Office).
