Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading corporate real estate team within the legal industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior to midâlevel lawyer (3+ years PQE) who thrives on variety and wants to broaden their experience. This is a contract position for 9+ months, offering flexibility and exposure to highâquality work starting in March. Skills & Experience Required
- UK qualified (or equivalent) with at least 3 years PQE in corporate/M&A transactions, especially in the real estate sector.
- Experience advising on:
- Sale and purchase of companies and entities owning real estate interests.
- Joint ventures, coâinvestment arrangements, and fund raisings.
- Management agreements and incentivisation arrangements.
