Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Legal Counsel to provide strategic and commercially focused legal advice across multiple business areas, including procurement, finance, operations, and corporate projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to broaden their expertise.
Skills & Experience Required
- 4+ years PQE as a commercial lawyer, ideally with experience in asset-intensive industries.
- Exposure to corporate and finance transactions.
- In-house or secondment experience preferred.
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple complex matters.
- Proactive, solution-driven, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible to attend the office 2–3 days per week as part of a hybrid working model.
