ElevateFlex is seeking a skilled Leveraged Finance Lawyer to join our customer, a leading bulge bracket investment bank , on a six-month secondment within its EMEA legal team . This high-impact role focuses on large-cap leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions , supporting complex deals across the Commercial and Investment Banking space.
