Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a qualified Litigation Solicitor to provide short-term support to a busy legal team following recent developments in case law relating to the supervision of paralegals in litigation matters. This is a focused, hands-on role ideal for someone comfortable with procedural work and document oversight.
Contract: Fixed Term – 6 Months
Location: Hybrid in Manchester (2 days onsite)
Experience: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (minimum 3 years PQE preferred, but flexibility for the right candidate)
Requirements:
- Experience in litigation and strong understanding of court documentation processes.
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Available to work from the Manchester office two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, finalise, and sign off witness statements, legal documents, and associated materials.
- Ensure all litigation documents comply with current regulatory and court requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate ongoing cases and reduce delays caused by recent procedural rulings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
