Our client a large Technology company is looking for an Investigations Lawyer to join them on a contract basis. It is an initial 3 month assignment with the potential to extend up to 18 months. You will: Lead internal investigations focused on policy compliance and government investigations. Conduct internal investigations for an in-house client from drafting investigation plan through drafting a report of investigation. Conduct investigation interviews and email/document review and sharing investigation outcomes with corporate stakeholders. You will need At least five years of experience with internal investigations focused on policy compliance and government investigations. Ideally with exposure to U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anticorruption/antibribery statutes To be a qualified lawyer in the UK or Europe41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
