Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking talented Corporate Lawyers for secondment and interim contract roles with law firms and corporate clients starting January 2026 onwards. Perfect for lawyers with experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), high-value transactions, and corporate governance.
Location: Remote (with flexibility to work 2–3 days onsite in England, primarily London)
Start Date: January 2026 onwards

Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in corporate law.
- Strong experience in M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and high-value transactions.
- Ability to draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, SPAs, and ancillary documents.
- Confident advising senior stakeholders and managing complex deals.
- Advise on corporate transactions and governance matters.
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring.
- Support internal teams and law firm partners on strategic projects.
- Ensure smooth execution of deals and provide pragmatic solutions.
