Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a talented Legal Advisor to join a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. Skills & Experience Required:
- 5–8 years PQE as a commercial lawyer.
- Negotiate complex contracts and supplier agreements.
- Support corporate transactions and strategic projects.
- Advice on financing and property portfolio management.
- Strong ability to prioritise, solve problems, and manage multiple projects.
- A proactive, collaborative team player who builds trust and communicates clearly.
- In‑house experience is desirable.
- Flexible to attend the office 2–3 days per week as part of a hybrid working model.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide legal support across procurement, fleet, engineering & maintenance, and facilities.
- Advise on supplier agreements, fleet transactions, financing arrangements, and property portfolio matters.
- Support strategic projects, including acquisitions, partnerships, and corporate restructuring.
- Drive process improvements and smarter ways of working, including the adoption of automation and technology.
