ElevateFlex is seeking a Compliance Investigator / Contract Legal Investigator / E-discovery Compliance to support our client’s Compliance & Ethics team.

This role involves managing routine internal investigations and e-discovery tasks under attorney direction, using standardised procedures and legal tech tools.

You’ll be part of a collaborative legal operations environment, working closely with investigators and attorneys to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes.

Contract Length: 6 months (with potential to extend)

Start Date: November 2025

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Pacific Time & Central European Time

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Relativity or similar e-discovery platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft M365 audit logs and digital evidence workflows.
  • Experience using case management systems to track investigations.
  • Strong written communication skills for case notes and subject correspondence.
  • Ability to write and maintain technical procedures and user guides.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills.

You Will:

  • Process and prepare datasets for legal review using e-discovery tools.
  • Preserve digital evidence in secure cloud environments (e.g., Azure Storage Blob).
  • Execute standardised investigative tasks such as evidence collection and acknowledgements.
  • Document all activities in a case management system.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and investigators on case-specific needs.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, templates, and checklists.
  • Escalate non-routine matters promptly and appropriately.
