Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is actively seeking a Company Secretary for a contract position to cover part-time (approx 2.5 days per week) to join ASAP. If you have the necessary skills (Experience using GEMS, familiar with international entities, and complex structures) and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding role as a secretary, we encourage you to apply. Minimum Qualifications: Part or fully ICSA/CGI qualified or equivalent with practical experience and a sound understanding of Company Secretarial work Strong knowledge of company law and administration, and well-versed in corporate governance best practices. Experienced using GEMS Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Role Overview: Set up and Close Companies Update Entities and Subsidiaries Disposal of companies Update shares and directors on systems – confirming and sharing relevant documents.
