Elevate, on behalf of Britvic, is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our award-winning sales team. You'll be working with some of the most iconic brands in soft drinks, including:
- Pepsi Max - the UK's No.1 selling cola
- The London Essence Company - the UK's No.2 bestselling mixer brand
- Aqua Libra - an innovative new water dispense solution
London is a flagship territory within our South team, so we're looking for someone ambitious, resilient, and highly motivated - someone who is confident asking for the sale and hungry to succeed.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for growing and nurturing relationships across on-trade outlets within your territory. Working closely with our route-to-market (RTM) partners, you'll engage with key decision-makers to drive distribution and visibility of our dispense brands. You must be based within the territory. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the drinks trade or foodservice who is looking to take the next step in their career with market-leading brands.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven on-trade sales experience
- Genuine passion for the drinks industry
- Confident, engaging, and professional in both appearance and manner
- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Computer literate and comfortable presenting 1:1 and to groups
- Excellent time-management, communication, and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and ambitious with a positive, 'can do' attitude
- Highly organised and disciplined, able to manage your own schedule and deliver against targets
- Understanding of route to market within the licensed on-trade (free trade)
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
