Role Purpose:
To establish and lead EC Studios as a supported creative digital media agency, delivering professional digital content while providing structured, workplace-based training to neurodiverse young people. This is a hybrid role combining:
- Creative delivery (agency function)
- Supported employment training (learner development)
The postholder will ensure the studio operates as a realistic, industry-aligned working environment, adapted to a part-time delivery model.
Key Operational Consideration (Part-Time Delivery)
Given the 2-day structure, the role must:
- Prioritise planned content over reactive work
- Use a structured weekly production schedule
- Ensure clear task delegation for trainees between sessions
- Maintain tight workflow and asset management

- Creative Delivery & Output
- Plan and deliver weekly content outputs aligned to a content calendar
- Manage live briefs within realistic part-time capacity
- Ensure all outputs meet:

- Training & Supported Employment
- Deliver structured on-the-job training to up to 6 trainees
- Break work into clear, achievable tasks
