We are looking for a driven and confident Telesales Executive to join a busy used car dealership in Hinckley. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role focused on converting inbound and outbound enquiries into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.
The Role
- Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from potential customers
- Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service
- Follow up on previous enquiries to maximise conversion rates
- Accurately update the CRM system with customer interactions

- Previous telesales executive, call centre, or automotive sales experience preferred
