The Role

  • Act as the finance expert within the sales process, helping customers secure suitable funding solutions

  • Stay up to date with lender criteria, products, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes
  • Support overall F&I performance and revenue growth

The Candidate

  • Proven experience in motor finance, automotive sales, or a regulated sales environment
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding F&I targets
  • Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and influence customer decisions
  • Good understanding of finance products and FCA regulations
  • Experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager is advantageous
